Feldenkrais®MOVEMENT for Everyday Life

The Feldenkrais Method® of movement education is a novel approach to health and fitness. With attention to how you habitually move yourself you can discover easier ways of functioning in everyday life.

During the lessons you are verbally guided through gentle movement sequences, usually sitting or lying on a mat. A different lesson is presented each week focusing on various themes, such as easy sitting, integrated walking, reaching, bending, breathing and much more! The lessons are suitable for people of any age and condition. Approved Whanganui DHB falls prevention service.
