Te Oranganui

Te Oranganui is an iwi lead organisation that was established in 1993 to improve access and service delivery of health services to Māori in the Whanganui Region.

Delivers a range of health and social services throughout the region to Māori and non-Māori whānau. Te Oranganui believes in the potential of whānau and aims to deliver whānau-centered services at all times. We deliver kaupapa Māori custom designed and delivered whānau-centred Mental Health and Addictions care within Te Oranganui. Te Ara Toiora is the Disability Support Service within Te Oranganui Iwi Health Authority. Service provider of Whānau Ora, and Family Start. Also have a medical centre, hearing and vision technician, tamariki ora/well child nurse, regional stop smoking service, healthy living programme, and housing repairs programme.
