Tupoho Iwi and Community Social Services Trust
We are an iwi organisation that was established in 1997 to provide assistance and support to our Māori children and their families. While this still remains our focus, we have broadened our availability to reflect the changing times and we now offer our services to individuals and families and to Māori and non-Māori who reside in the Whanganui region.
By fostering and enhancing the potential of individuals, whānau and hapu, we will attain our overarching goal of the future prosperity of the iwi and the wider community. We are committed to assisting our clients to address the factors that may be preventing them from fulfilling their aspirations. These factors contribute to a state of unwellness (kahupo) and it is our task to restore wellness (toiora) to their lives.
